Computer Programs/Spreadsheets1. This is the SDOF spreadsheet we discussed in class 2. Here are the new spreadsheets and earthquakes for your enjoyment. The earthquake records below are actually text files and have the .txt extension on them. Be aware of this when you download and use them. Grad/ECIV 734/SDOF/ELCENTRO.EQ You must download all three .dll files into the same folder as quaketoxl.xls so that the spreadsheet can find it. The .EQ files are all different earthquake inputs for the spreadsheet. Download as many .EQ files as you like onto your machine. You will read them in when you invoke the macro in the spreadsheet. The macro to invoke is "winshake" 3. Here is the DFT spreadsheet. This will perform a Discrete Fourier Transform, then invert the transform back to time domain. You may also filter out the higher frequencies. The inverse transform will be applied to the remaining values.
