Tug-Of-War

This will be a round robin with all of the schools.

A block of rooms is being held at the Holiday Inn City Center at USC, which is within walking distance to the engineering buildings on campus. Rooms are available at $85 per night. There needs to a leader per room that will call the hotel, say what school they are from, and that they are reserving a room for ASCE Carolinas Conference. Each room leader needs to leave a credit card number with the hotel to reserve the room. This credit card will not be charged when making the reservation, so whoever is in the room can split the room equally when they arrive. The phone number at the hotel is 803-799-7800. Holiday Inn’s check-in time is 3 pm and there will be a registration room in the hotel that will be open from 4 pm to 8 pm. The hotel would like for all of the reservations to be made by February 18th. When you return the registration form please let us know how many rooms your school will be using, so that we can keep track also.

Columbia is the Capital of South Carolina and has lots to see and do with your free-time.  Contact Hannah Berry for more information on accommodations, local eateries, and night life!

If your chapter has other questions that you need answered, you can always contact one of the Conference Chairs, Steve Hall, or Beth Kelly.
